1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 German Civil Code – BGB) via the online shop

2. Conclusion of Contract
The product descriptions displayed in the online shop do not constitute legally binding offers.
By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you submit a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart.
A contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email or dispatch the goods.
3. Prices and Shipping
All prices include applicable VAT (where legally required).
We ship worldwide.
Shipping costs are displayed separately during the checkout process.
For international deliveries, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Payment
The following payment methods are available:

Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
We do not store credit card data on our servers.
5. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer.
Estimated delivery times are stated on the respective product page.
If a product is unavailable, we will inform you without delay.
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.
Withdrawal Period
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you receives the goods.
Return Costs
The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.
Refund
Refunds will be processed after we have received and inspected the returned goods.
8. Damaged or Defective Goods
If goods are delivered damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.
In such cases, we will cover the costs of replacement or return shipping.
9. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights under German law apply.
10. Liability
We are fully liable in cases of intent and gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations.
11. Online Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
12. Governing Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumers residing outside Germany, mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence remain unaffected.
