We ship worldwide.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout and displayed before completing the order.
For international orders, additional customs duties, import taxes, or local charges may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by us.
3. Processing Time
As many of our products are carefully handmade, the usual processing time is:

For personalized or custom-made items, processing time may be extended.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Please note that customs clearance or local postal services may cause delays for international shipments.
5. Shipping Carriers
We ship via selected shipping partners.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation including tracking information (if available).
6. Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address details or failure to accept delivery, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.
7. Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If the package shows visible damage, document it and contact us immediately.
