Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day:

on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us).

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Return Costs

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Condition of Returned Goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

custom-made or personalized goods
sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed

Damaged or Defective Goods

If goods are delivered damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. In such cases, we will bear the return costs.
