1. Shipping Destinations

We deliver to Germany, the other member states of the European Union and selected other European countries (e.g. United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway). The countries available for your order are shown during checkout.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout and shown before you complete your order:

• Germany: €4.99, free shipping for orders of €100 or more
• Other EU countries: €12.90, free shipping for orders of €150 or more
• Other European countries: €18.00

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply. These are to be borne by the customer and are not covered by us.

3. Processing Time

All goods are usually shipped within 2–5 business days after conclusion of the contract.

For personalised or custom-made products, the processing time may be longer.

4. Delivery Times

After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is:

• Germany: 3–7 business days
• EU: 5–10 business days
• Other European countries: 7–21 business days

Please note that shipments abroad may be delayed due to customs clearance or local delivery services.

5. Shipping Carrier

Depending on the size and weight of the shipment, we ship with DHL or Deutsche Post.

All shipments are sent with tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

6. Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address details or refusal of acceptance, additional shipping costs may apply for re-shipment.

7. Damaged Shipments

Please check your order upon receipt.

If the package shows visible damage, please document it and contact us without delay.
