Intended use: This product is intended for decorative purposes only. It is not a toy and should not be used as a plaything for children.

🔧 Installation guidelines: Secure hanging: make sure the kites are securely hung on walls or ceilings using suitable hooks, nails or adhesive solutions. Keep the product out of reach of small children to avoid accidental pulling or detaching. Do not place near cots, beds or play areas for infants and toddlers. Suitable for indoor use only. Avoid contact with the elements outdoors.

⚠ Choking hazard: The product may contain small parts (e.g. hanging cords, beads or attachments). Keep it away from children under 3 years to avoid a risk of suffocation.

Flammability: Keep the product away from heat sources, open flames and electrical appliances to avoid fire hazards. The fabrics used are not flame resistant unless expressly stated.

DELIVERY

Goods are usually shipped within 2–5 business days after conclusion of the contract. During the sales season, processing may take longer. You can see the shipping costs during checkout once you select your delivery country.

Delivery within Germany: Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 3–7 business days. Purchases under €100: €4.99. From €100: free shipping.

Delivery to the EU: Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 5–10 business days. Free shipping from €150, otherwise €12.90.

Other European countries (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway): €18.00, estimated delivery time 7–21 business days. Local charges such as import duties and/or VAT may apply for these countries. These are at your expense. For more information, please contact your local customs office. We have no influence on delays caused by customs inspections.

RETURNS

You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. You can declare your withdrawal using the "Vertrag widerrufen" (Withdraw from contract) button in the footer of our website or by email to contact@caelan.de. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The refund will be made using the original means of payment. For damaged or defective goods, we bear the return costs. We cannot exchange items. If you would like a different size, colour or style, please place a new order after returning the goods.
