International shipping: We currently offer free shipping in the EU for orders over €150. Shipping costs start at €12.90 (€14.90 for plus sizes) for all orders with a lower order value. We also ship to Norway, the UK and Switzerland and shipping costs can be calculated at checkout. For these countries, local charges such as import duty and/or VAT may apply. These charges are at your expense and we recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information and please understand that we have no control over delays in delivery due to customs security measures.

RETURNS: We offer a 14-day returns policy from the day you receive your parcel. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items show signs of use and a refund will be issued once we have received and accepted the returned items. Please note that the refund will be credited to the credit card originally used to purchase the items, less any taxes or import duties. 2 Stories does not cover the cost of return shipping. Returns are at your own risk, so we recommend that you keep proof of postage with a tracking number to prove that the parcel has been sent in case it is lost in the post, please note that we are unable to exchange items.
