The mobile comes in two exquisite variants to suit your style: one with stars and moon in rich bronze glitter, the other in radiant gold glitter. Both variants add a touch of luxury to the gentle whimsy of the cloud.

Baby mobile safety instructions

Supervision: Always supervise your baby when the mobile is in use. Never leave your child unattended with the mobile.

Setup: Make sure the mobile is securely installed according to the manufacturer's instructions. Make sure it is properly attached and stable so it cannot fall down.

Age suitability: This mobile is intended for use with infants and toddlers. Do not use the mobile for children who can sit up unaided or pull themselves up on furniture.

Height adjustment: Hang the mobile out of your baby's reach. The recommended height is at least 25 cm (10 inches) above the cot or play area.

Avoid loose parts: Check the mobile regularly for loose or damaged parts. Make sure all parts are securely fastened to avoid the risk of choking.

Remove when necessary: Remove the mobile when your child can push up on hands and knees, to avoid the risk of entanglement or accident.

Flammability: Keep the mobile away from heat sources and open flames.

Keep away from cords: Do not place the mobile near strings, cords or other items that could pose a strangulation hazard.

Regular checks: Check the mobile regularly for wear and replace it if you notice damage, to maintain safety standards.

DELIVERY

Goods are usually shipped within 2–5 business days after conclusion of the contract. During the sales season, processing may take longer. You can see the shipping costs during checkout once you select your delivery country.

Delivery within Germany: Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 3–7 business days. Purchases under €100: €4.99. From €100: free shipping.

Delivery to the EU: Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 5–10 business days. Free shipping from €150, otherwise €12.90.

Other European countries (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway): €18.00, estimated delivery time 7–21 business days. Local charges such as import duties and/or VAT may apply for these countries. These are at your expense. For more information, please contact your local customs office. We have no influence on delays caused by customs inspections.

RETURNS

You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. You can declare your withdrawal using the "Vertrag widerrufen" (Withdraw from contract) button in the footer of our website or by email to contact@caelan.de. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The refund will be made using the original means of payment. For damaged or defective goods, we bear the return costs. We cannot exchange items. If you would like a different size, colour or style, please place a new order after returning the goods.
