Whether you choose dinosaurs, outer space, woodland animals or fairy tales, every collection tells its own story and grows with your child’s imagination. Premium fabrics, detailed embroidery and soft, natural colours create a warm and timeless atmosphere.

Each lampshade is available in Beige or Grey and comes as a complete set with 9 interchangeable patches, depending on the selected design. Every set includes beautifully embroidered patches together with matching punch patches. Thanks to the practical Velcro® attachment system, the patches can be easily removed, rearranged and replaced at any time. Additional patch sets are available separately, allowing you to update and personalise your lampshade whenever you like.

Each lampshade is carefully packed in a premium fabric storage bag, making it easy to store both the lampshade and its interchangeable patches safely. The reusable bag helps keep every piece organised and protected when not in use.

Our lampshades are handcrafted in small batches, combining timeless design with creative functionality. Perfect for nurseries, children’s rooms and as a thoughtful gift for newborns or birthdays.

Intended Use

This product is intended for indoor ceiling lighting only.

It is not suitable for outdoor use or damp environments, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Installation Guidelines

• We recommend that the lampshade is installed by a qualified electrician or competent person to avoid electrical hazards.
• Follow all applicable local electrical safety regulations.
• Use compatible fittings and mounting hardware to ensure the lampshade is securely attached.
• Do not install the lampshade above or near cribs, cots or play areas used by babies or young children.

Fire Safety

• Use only light bulbs that do not exceed the recommended maximum wattage specified for your light fitting (for example, a maximum of 40 W for incandescent bulbs or the LED equivalent).
• Exceeding the recommended wattage may cause overheating and increase the risk of fire.
• Keep the lampshade away from open flames and flammable materials.

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Always switch off the power and allow the light bulb to cool completely before cleaning.
• Clean the fabric and metal parts with a soft, dry cloth or feather duster.
• Do not use abrasive cleaning materials.
• Do not expose the fabric to water or harsh cleaning agents, as they may cause discoloration or deformation.

Warnings

• Keep out of reach of children and pets. This product is not a toy.
• Inspect the lampshade, wiring and mounting hardware regularly for signs of damage.
• If any damage is detected, discontinue use immediately until the product has been repaired or replaced.

DELIVERY: All goods are dispatched within 3-5 working days. During the sales season there may be a longer delivery time. Delivery time and shipping costs depend on the respective shipping service provider. You will see the price applicable to your order when you select your country of delivery during the checkout process. Express deliveries are not free of charge.

International shipping: We currently offer free shipping in the EU for orders over €150. Shipping costs start at €12.90 (€14.90 for plus sizes) for all orders with a lower order value. We also ship to Norway, the UK and Switzerland and shipping costs can be calculated at checkout. For these countries, local charges such as import duty and/or VAT may apply. These charges are at your expense and we recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information and please understand that we have no control over delays in delivery due to customs security measures.

RETURNS: We offer a 14-day returns policy from the day you receive your parcel. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items show signs of use and a refund will be issued once we have received and accepted the returned items. Please note that the refund will be credited to the credit card originally used to purchase the items, less any taxes or import duties. 2 Stories does not cover the cost of return shipping. Returns are at your own risk, so we recommend that you keep proof of postage with a tracking number to prove that the parcel has been sent in case it is lost in the post, please note that we are unable to exchange items. If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size, colour or style, you will need to follow the returns information and then place a new order in our webshop.
